Woodlands Boronia Early Learning Centre

No items found.

After the demolition of the village 10-pin bowling facility, the shell of this building was maintained to form a clean skin for the new ELC. The site comprises 1800 sqm of learning and administrative spaces, and utilizes innovative interior landscaping and joinery which created an amazing new early learning centre for the adjacent suburbs.

The program required very careful planning and execution to minimize disruption to the broader retail precinct of Boronia Junction. Delivered on time and on budget, this led to multiple further contract successes and a long-term client.

Construction Techniques Employed
  • Built within an existing shell in protected conditions
  • Programmed to operate within a live retail environment
  • Exploited various elements of existing superstructure
  • Complex upgrades to the existing slabs and drainage

"I am writing to provide positive feedback for the workmanship and the professional work you and your team are doing on site. Specifically, you’ve done an excellent job in Morwell and the engineers have no comments or concerns for the slab works."
